1. All on-campus dormitory reservations should be made online.

2. Only students formally admitted and who have completed tuition payment (including tuition-waived scholarship and exchange students) before the system opens are eligible; access is contingent upon availability.

3. Eligible students will receive advance notice by email of the system opening dates and procedures (usually in early January and July). The system is inaccessible prior to the announced time; all times are Beijing Time.

4. Rooms are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Self-paying students must complete online payment within the prescribed period after confirmation; unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

5. Occupancy is subject to university dormitory regulations; refer to the  “Reminder on Accommodation Regulations.”

6. Students unable to secure on-campus housing need to arrange off-campus accommodation by themselves.
