Those who wish to have their study period extended and continue to study for next semester, please get the APPLICATION FORM FOR STUDY EXTENSION from the School Management Office during June. 4-June. 22^nd, 2012. Then come to register at the International Student Office at Room 253 of Physics Building (Bldg.14 on campus map) , bringing with the application form, your student ID card, passport to ISO for study period extension as well as paying for tuition fees. If you didn’t register during that period, you have to apply as a new student for next semester and pay the extra application fee of 400RMB again.
        Address of School Management Office: students of Regular Language course please go for Foreign Students Office at the School of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (Room 100 at Bldg.30 on campus map). Students of Intensive course and Business Chinese please go for Room 211 at Global Education Building (Bldg.26 on campus map).
    1. F-visa holders—>Take a physical examination which needs about 2 weeks before getting a health certificate—>Pay tuition fees—>Bring the receipt of tuition fees, passport, health certificate, student ID card, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and 1 passport photo to ISO—>Apply for a student residence permit.
    2. Student residence permit holders—> Pay tuition fees—>Bring the receipt of tuition fees, passport, student ID card, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and 1 passport photo to ISO—>Apply for the extension of your student residence permit.
