To help international students at our university better understand the job market in China and enhance their competitiveness, we have specially organized the “Career Training Camp” series. This second session in the series aims to provide students with practical skills in resume writing and interview.

In this event, we are glad to have invited four interviewers from Huaqin Technology Co., Ltd. and Ruiya Consulting Group.

In the first part of the event, the HR managers selected the six resumes from those submitted by students. They offered personalized feedback and helpful recom-mendation to help students leave a stronger impression on potential employers.

During this stage, four students took part in mock interviews conducted by the HR managers. This format gave students a chance to see how real interviews unfold, learn practical tips, and gain a better understanding of what employers look for during the hiring process.

After the open mock interviews, students had the opportunity to speak directly with the HR managers in a more personal setting. In these 2-on-1 interviews, students could ask specific questions and receive tailored feedback in a private environment.

The “Career Training Camp” is an engaging and practical initiative designed to help international students navigate the Chinese job market with greater confidence and competitiveness. Through direct interaction with experienced HR managers, students gained valuable insights into making resumes and performing well in interviews. The series activities not only equipped students with essential career skills but also empowered them to take meaningful steps toward their professional goals.
