2026 Experience Diverse China Summer Program, which lasts for four weeks, will offer three teaching modules: Chinese study (including language practice activities as well as language & culture lectures), city exploration, and culture experience. It will take you to walk around Shanghai and Huizhou, where you can experience Chinese history and culture, and explore business opportunities in China. It aims at developing your multiple perspectives and improving your comprehensive Chinese proficiency.

Program Duration: July 12th - August 8th, 2026
Class Schedule:




* The theme of Chinese practice activities include reading tongue twisters, singing Chinese songs, reciting Chinese poetry, dubbing in movies and TV shows, debate competitions, going out for interviews, etc. The specific arrangements are based on the Chinese proficiency and students' interest of each class.
* Language and Culture Lectures are offered at different proficiency levels. Topics may include Chinese character culture, Shanghai-style culture (Haipai culture), folk customs, and more.
* The “City Exploration: Shanghai Urban Cultural Experience” includes visits to popular places like Wukang Road and Sinan Road, Shanghai Museum, Xintiandi, and Tianzifang. There will also be a chance to visit historical and cultural sites in Anhui to learn about cultural heritage.
* The itinerary will be adjusted according to actual conditions.
√ Professional Chinese class: The courses are given in the form of small group instruction, tailored to your Chinese level and learning objectives, can help to improve your comprehensive Chinese ability in a short time.
√ Lively on-site teaching: You will explore Chinese cities and experience the local customs by on-site teaching, which can stimulate your learning interest and deepen your understanding of the knowledge.
√ In-depth culture experience: You will participate in business visit and Chinese traditional culture experience activities, which will let you understand more about the Chinese economy and society, and feel the charm of both traditional and modern Chinese culture.
√ Dedicated management services: A program officer will be responsible for all the affairs related to the program from the registration to completion. You can apply for one-on-one tutoring during the teachers’ office hours every week to get personalized tutoring.

* This fee includes tuition, textbooks, cultural experience activities, standard double room accommodation (twin sharing with private bathroom), welcome banquet, and farewell banquet.
It does not include the cost of the three-day Huizhou field trip.
Plan B: 16000 RMB
* This fee includes tuition, textbooks, cultural experience activities, standard double room accommodation (twin sharing with private bathroom), welcome banquet, farewell banquet, and the three-day Huizhou field trip.
* The three-day Huizhou field trip includes round-trip high-speed rail tickets and visits to Huizhou Ancient City, Qiyun Mountain, XidiVillage, etc. Breakfast and lunch are provided during the trip while dinner is at your own expense.
Students are responsible for visa fees, international travel costs, meals and other personal expenses during the program.
