On June 10, the International Student Union (ISU) of East China Normal University held the 2^ndISU Members Meeting. Yang Bo, the president of ISU, reviewed the achievements and shortcomings in the past year: 42 activities were held, attracting as many as 755 participants, which reflected the determination and efforts of ISU to grow together with ECNU international students. Emma, the instructor of ISU, announced the core members of ISU for the 2022-2023 academic year, and Lynette Li, the new vice president, as a representative, announced the work vision for the new year. Mr. Wang Gang, the deputy director of the Global Education Center, delivered a speech at the meeting, expressing his gratitude to the members of ISU who have made efforts for the past year, and also sharing the expectations for ISU in the new academic year.

More than 50 students in Shanghai and abroad, including the new and old members of ISU, as well as international students from different colleges, participated in the members meeting online. Mr. Wang Gang, the deputy director of the Global Education Center, announced four students who were selected as excellent members in the 2021 academic year: AHSAN MUHAMMAD (Pakistan) from the Academic Department, MOHSEN ZINAB AHMED MOHAMMED (Yemen) from the Employment and Entrepreneurship Department, AIDA TSUNEYUKI (Japan) from the Life DevelopmentDepartment, and Wu TANG ISABEL (Mexico) from the Overseas Department. Zinab spoke as a representatives. As a member of ISU who is about to graduate, Chen Yinger, the vice president of the current term, shared her experience and delivered her wishes for the new ISU.
