ISU Activity Review: A visit to Trip.com Group

On March 31, ISU Entrepreneurship & Employment Department led international students to Trip.com Group for a visit. Let's take a look back at the highlights of the event!
Group Introduction
At the beginning of the event, Mr. Derek introduced the 25-year journey of Trip.com Group, highlighting its business coverage across more than 220 countries. Additionally, the company unveiled its three major innovation engines: AI-driven service upgrades, the creation of an immersive content ecosystem for a seamless experience, and an ESG strategy leading the trend of sustainable travel.

Afterwards, the students were led to visit the internal and external working environment of the company.
Business Unit Presentation
Afterwards, the students were given a more detailed understanding of the Group's internal division of labor, core values, employee benefits and future projects in the conference room. Managers from 4 departments introduced the work content of each department, as well as the demand and application requirements for internship and full-time positions.
At the end of the event, students had a free exchange with the staff and submitted their CVs.
The visit not only opened a window for international students to gain a deeper understanding of China's leading travel technology companies, but also built a bridge between talents and companies.
