Dear all,

Students who plan to apply for Chinese Language Programs study extension, please submit the application form before June15, 2025as the process below:

1. Click http://lxsplatform.ecnu.edu.cn(please log in under ECNU wifi)to submit the Application for Study Extension(the approval process takes about 2 workdays).

2. You will receive email notice once the application is approved, please log in http://lxsplatform.ecnu.edu.cnagainto pay the tuition fees online in time. Your extension request may also be denied due to attendance or other reasons, please check your email for the updates.

3. Dorm extension will be opened to those whose application is approved and tuition fee payment completed. Students who need to extend their dormitories should complete the tuition payment before May 26, 2025. Dormitory reservation notice will be sent to you later.

Attention:

1) Students withstudy residence permitshould go to the reception hall on the second floor of the Physics Building before the current study residence permit expires.

2) For students with X2 visa, please scan the QR code below to make an appointment for a physical examination. After getting the physical examination report, please go to the reception hall on the second floor of the Physics Building to get the visa extension documents before the visa expires.

3) To obtain visa extension documents, students have to purchase insurance in advance: 400RMB for six months, 800RMB for one year.  You may make online payment via the link: https://www.lxbx.net/login?backUrl=/plan or by scanning the QR code below.

4) Students are requested to register at Physics Building (No. 14 on Campus Map) from 8:30 to 16:00 on September 9, 2025 for the Fall 2025 semester. Please bring your passport and campus card with you when you come for registration.

5) The classes of 2025 Fall Semester will start from September 15, 2025.

6) There will be a Info Sessions for Current Chinese Language Students at 14:00 on May 21, 2025, Putuo Campus - Lecture Hall on the 2nd Floor of Gezhi Building.
