★The accommodation fees are paid by fixed semester dates according to school calendar and will not be refunded if you leave during the semester. Short term prices are different, please consult the Global Education Center for more information if needed.
Accommodation Reservation:
International students who prefer to book a dorm are required to login online reservation system (http://lxsapply.ecnu.edu.cn/dorm) in the prescribed time.
* Online dorm reservation notice will be sent to the related students through email.
Payment Method:
On-campus dorm fee is required to pay online when you make the reservation.
Students who give up their accommodation reservation and submit the relevant refund application materials before the scheduled check-in date may receive a full refund of the accommodation fee. If a student gives up the accommodation within one week since the scheduled check-in date and submits the relevant refund application materials, the cost for the days actually stayed will be calculated as the short-term room rate, and the remaining accommodation fee will be refunded. For applications made after one week from the scheduled check-in date, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
The scheduled check-in date is uniformly calculated based on the agreed check-in date at the time of reservation, and it will not change due to delaying of check-in for any personal reasons of the student.
