On the morning of September 15th, the welcoming ceremony for international students from East China Normal University was grandly held in the auditorium of Putuo campus. This year, 1002 international students from 100 countries have joined the family of East China Normal University. They are full of youth, vitality, dreams and aspirations, and are about to embark on a new journey by the beautiful Liwa River!

Vice President Dai Liyi sends the most sincere wishes to the new students and three key words to them: the first word is "persistence". Please adhere to your original intention to study abroad and not give up easily when encountering difficulties; The second word is' integration ', hoping that students can open themselves up, participate in various activities, make friends, accept different cultures, actively explore the unknown, enrich their life experiences, integrate into normal universities, and integrate into new lives. Director of the Global Education Center, Huang Meixu, gave a lecture on the "first lesson" for international students. Ms. Huang introduced the history and overview of the school. As the director of the department that best understands international students, she provides comprehensive advice on how international students can adapt and integrate into the new environment, encouraging students to effectively seek help and solve problems when encountering difficulties. At the same time, Ms. Huang also introduced a variety of campus activities and encouraged students to actively participate.
