1. Application form 
2. High school diploma and transcript;
3. Study certificate and transcript from the present studying university in China or abroad;
4. HSK certificate (photocopy);
5. Passport (photocopy);
6. 2 photos;
7. 400RMB (80 USD) for application fee.
You may come to the International Student Office to apply if you are in Shanghai or mail all the above application documents to the ISO if you cannot come in person.
You can also email the electronic files of the above documents to xqsun@gec.ecnu.edu.cn.
Before December 12th, 2016, submit the whole application package, get < admission card> after your documents approved;
December 16th, 2016, attend the admission examination;
December 20th, 2016, exam result will be published via email and telephone (please keep to be contactable);
Early January , 2017, send Admission Notice;
February 14th, 2017, registration day.
