Hi Laoshi, I am a language student at ECNU now and I would like to know when I can apply for the next semester?

Hi, you should apply for the new semester during Nov. 20 - Dec 31.

How can I apply for study extension?

Please follow the procedures as bellow and come to register for the coming semester as soon as possible.

Get the <APPLICATION FORM TO EXTEND STUDY TERM> from Teaching Management Office

Standard Chinese Program & Chinese-English Bilingual Program- Room 116 of Bldg. 30 on campus map
Intensive Chinese Program & Business Chinese Program- Room 211 of Bldg.26 on campus map

Pay the tuition fees

Submit the application form to International Students Office(Room 236 of Physics Building) and pay the tuition fees

Physical Examination

The students who are X2-visa holders should take the Physical Examination before extending the visa.

You should make an appointment online first:

http://sithc.shciq.gov.cn/

(The students who are residence permit holders needn't do it again)

Visa Extension

Bring the Physical Examination Report, passport, student ID card, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and 1 photo to ISO to get the visa application documents, then submit these documents to the visa center.

Accommodation Extension

The students who intend to stay in the dormitory, please come to ISO to apply the accommodation for next semester before Nov. 30.

NOTE

1. Scholarship students and exchange students who have been enrolled for one year study don’t need to apply for next semester again.

2.Students who do not finish the accommodation extension procedure during Nov.20-Nov.30, will not be able to stay in the dorm.

3. Please register for the new semester at the 1st Floor of Physics Building (Bldg.14 on campus map) between 13:00-16:00 on Feb. 27, 2018.
