The students who wish to have their study period extended and continue to study for the coming semester, please get the <APPLICATION FORM TO EXTEND STUDY TERM> from Teaching Management Office, then come to register at the International Students Office Room 236 of Physics Building (Bldg.14 on campus map). You should bring with this application form, your student ID card, passport, 1 photo and pay tuition fees during May 21 - July 6.

The extension procedure is:

Step 1: Get the <APPLICATION FORM TO EXTEND STUDY TERM> from Teaching Management Office(Standard Program- Room 116 of Bldg. 30; Intensive Progarm&Business Chinese Program- Room 211 of Bldg. 26)

Step 2: Submit the application form to Room 236 of Physics Building and pay the tuition fees

Step 3: Visa Extension

1. X2-visa holders: Take a physical examination which needs about 2 weeks before getting a health certificate→Bring the receipt of tuition fees, passport, health certificate, student ID card, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and 1 photo to ISO to get the visa application documents→Apply for student residence permit(It takes about 2 weeks.)

2. Student residence permit holders: Bring the receipt of tuition fees, passport, student ID card, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and 1 photo to ISO to get the visa application documents→Extend residence permit (It takes about 2 weeks.)

Step 4: Dorm Extension

Note: 

Scholarship students and exchange students who have been enrolled for one year study don’t need to apply for next semester again.

Please register for the new semester at the Physics Building (Bldg.14 on campus map) between 13:00-16:00 on Sept.11 , 2018.

Cashier Time: Tuesday and Thursday 13:30-16:00   Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00-11:30 13:30-15:30
