    Welcome to study at ECNU! We will open online dorm reservation system at 9:00 am (GMT+8) from Jun.20th, 2019. You can visit our website at http://lxs.ecnu.edu.cn/room.php to reserve a dorm for the coming semester with your ID number.

Note: 

1. The residence period for fall semester 2019 is from Aug.28th, 2019 to Jan.11th, 2020. The reservation is valid until Sept.5, 2019 and will be cancelled automatically in case that you don’t check in after that time.

3. Payment & Refund

1) International Exchange Service Center& Minhang International Students Residence Hall: The accommodation fees are paid by fixed semester dates and it should be paid in full when you check in, it will not be refunded if you leave during the semester.

2) No.1 & No.2 International Students Residence Hall: The accommodation fees are paid by fixed semester dates and it should be paid after you finish the reservation, it will not be refunded if you leave during the semester.

3) Shanghai International Students Service Center:The accommodation fees are paid by fixed semester dates and it should be paid in full when you check in. After check-in, if you request to withdraw within a month, the accommodation fee will be charged with a short-term price, the remaining accommodation fee will be refunded; accommodation fee will not be refunded if your stay is longer than one month.

The reservation procedures are as follows:

1. Put your ID number(11 numbers on your admission notice);

2. Confirm your personal information;

3. Select room type and submit your reservation.
