ECNU Global Education Center will launch the online program of Chinese language and culture in the Fall of 2021, aims to help students improve their Chinese proficiency, perceive Chinese society and experience Chinese culture. Welcome to join us!

Program Duration

September 6, 2021 - December 31, 2021 (classes started on September 13)

* The program lasts for 15 weeks. Students can apply for short-term study with at least 5 weeks and join the class on Mondays.

Monday - Friday 14:45-18:00

* 4 class hours per time, 20 class hours per week.

Class Levels

There are 6 different levels from elementary to advanced. Classes will be open with at least 6 students of each level.

Tuition Fee

9800RMB/Session; 800RBM/Week for short-term students (No less than 5 weeks)

Program Features

√ Flexible Learning: real-time interaction with teachers and students in class; watch the recorded video repeatedly anytime and anywhere after class. In addition, online Q&A service is provided at a fixed time every week, so as to make efficient use of learning time. Students can flexibly choose the length of program study according to their personal arrangement.

√ Cultural Appreciation: the program offers a series of courses on Chinese traditional customs and social economy to deepen students' understanding of Chinese social culture. The program also carries out a variety of online activities, such as phonics competition, theme salon, online communication between Chinese and international students, etc., so as to open up the student' vision and make learning more fun.

√ Auxiliary Software: enjoy the VIP account of the HSK Online APP, which is the auxiliary software to improve learning effectiveness.

√ Certificate of Completion: official electronic transcripts and completion certificate will be issued to students who successfully complete the course at the end of the program (short-term students will be issued the corresponding transcript and learning certificate).

* Note: For one-semester course, please enter the application system and find  [Chinese Language Student] for applying; for short term study, please enter the application system and find [Short-term Student] for applying and remark the application period in the [learning plan], which should be 5 weeks or more. In addition, the deadline for the short-term study application is every Thursday, and students can enter the class on the Monday of the next week.

3）Study certificate / highest diploma (Chinese/English version)

4. Age Requirement: 16-55 years old

5. Application Deadline: August 13, 2021；short term application deadline is November 25, 2021

How to pay

After taking the online placement test, login to the online application system to pay the online tuition fee within the given time.

Refund Rules

The first week is a free trial period and you can apply for a full refund within the first week. Refund requests after the first week of classes will not be accepted.

Visa & Accommodation

Study visa and on-campus accommodation will not be provided for the online program.
