The duration of undergraduate education in East China Normal University is 4 years. Except for English-taught programs (e.g. Business Administration), undergraduate programs are generally taught in Chinese. The duration of Master student’s education in East China Normal University is 2-3 year, and 4 years for Doctoral students. Degree types are divided into academic degrees and professional degrees. Except for English-taught programs, Postgraduate programs are generally taught in Chinese（for more information, please refer to 2022 Program List）. The admission principle is based on a comprehensive assessment of academic background and academic ability.
