In accordance with the relative requirement of “Measures for Management of Chinese Government Scholarship”, we hereby give the following notice on the 2024 scholarship extension application.   

Application opens to Chinese Government Scholarship PhD students only. Applicants should pass the annual scholarship review of this academic year, pass the graduate middle term evaluation and submit the PhD thesis proposal. The application for extension is limited to one time only with the maximum length of one year.  

Application Procedures

1.  Log in the ECNU graduate system (https://portal1.ecnu.edu.cn/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fportal2020.ecnu.edu.cn%2Fapi%2Fv1%2Fidc%2Fslo) and apply for the study period extension (Students could apply for the study period extension semester by semester).

2. Log in CSC system to submit the Scholarship Annual Review Form (submit before April 28, 2024) and submit the application for Extension of Scholarship for Chinese Government Scholarship PhD Students (It is suggested that you may choose one year for the scholarship extension period).

Application Deadline

Students who apply for the scholarship extension should submit the above application documents before May 15, 2024. Applications won’t be accepted after the deadline.
