An excellent host is an important bridge connecting the audience and the event. The ISU Academic Department of the International Student Union cordially invites you, a talented host, to showcase your unique hosting charm to the public!

Activity Content:

A: Preliminary round (online)

Participants are required to scan the QR code and submit a video including self-introduction and hosting process (subject matter is not limited) to the official ISU email before November 27th, with a duration not exceeding 3 minutes. Subsequently, we will select the participants of final based on their performance.

B: Final round (on site)

#Part 1:    Presentation of self-prepared host on a theme communicated in advance by the organizers (2-3 minutes)

#Part 2:    The participants will draw a topic prepared by the organizer on the spot, and after preparation time, they will start to make an impromptu commentary on the drawn topic, with a time limit of no more than 3 minutes.

#Part 3:  All participants go on stage to solicit votes, waiting for the announcement of the results

Time：14:00-16:00December 4th（Wednesday）

Location：ECNU International Students Center (4-th floor of Physics building, Putuo Campus)

Prize：The competition will calculate the individual scores of all participants based on the judges' scores (60%) and audience votes (40%). The list of winners will be announced on site, and certificates of honor and prizes will be awarded.  The outstanding winner will be given priority consideration to become the host of the International Student New Year's Party or other international students activities.
