July 13th - August 21st, 2026 (6 weeks)
July 13th is orientation day and classes start on July 14th.
Time for required courses: 8:30-10:00, 10:15-11:45, Monday to Thursday, 16 class hours per week (1 class hour = 45 minutes)

1. Comprehensive Chinese: improve the ability to use vocabulary, grammar structures and the corresponding Chinese characters through listening, speaking, reading and writing language skills training.
2. Chinese speaking: improve the ability of oral communication in Chinese through spoken language training.
3. Cultural experience (optional): deepen your understanding of Chinese society and culture through hands-on activities such as using everyday lifestyle apps, traditional craft-making, museum visits, company tours, and city walks.
4. One-on-one speaking tutoring (elective): a reservation system is adopted, with 6 reservation places per class per week. Students sign up voluntarily and have a one-on-one conversation with the teacher for about 15 minutes after a successful appointment. The conversation will focus on the topic of the previous week's class or cultural experience and students will receive targeted guidance.
5. Fundamentals of Chinese characters (elective): the teacher will explain the strokes, stroke order, radicals, and meaning of Chinese characters, and students will improve their ability to recognize and write Chinese characters through writing drills, dictation, and games based on their understanding.
6. Sing Chinese Songs (elective): enhance your language skills in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere by studying Chinese songs, including those adapted from classical poems. Each session features one classic pop/folk song and one modern piece adapted from an ancient poem. Through lyric appreciation, cultural interpretation, and line-by-line singing practice, students will expand their vocabulary, improve language sense, and refine pronunciation.
