ECNU Global Education Center held the "2025 ALL THE BEST" Spring Festival Celebration series event for International Students on January 22nd. About 300 international students participated in the “Spring Festival Traditional Custom Garden Party” and the “Chinese New Year's Eve Dinner”, to welcome the arrival of the Chinese New Year.
On the Garden Party, students experienced traditional activities such as walking on stilts, paper-cutting, guessing lantern riddles, writing the "Fu" character and so on. Through these activities, they can get ECNU’s FU stickers, which included Academic FU, Peace FU, Health FU, Luck FU, and Happiness FU. Students who collected all five FU stickers received a Spring Festival gift box, symbolizing a year filled with good fortune and luck.
In the evening, students gathered together and enjoyed the fancy dinner. In addition to the delicious food, the dinner featured traditional Chinese cultural games and wonderful songs and dances brought by the students. The event reached its climax when teacher Perter sang the song "Friends," which inspired a group sing-along among all, bringing the event to a perfect conclusion.
