Welcome to study at ECNU!

We will open online dorm reservation system at 9:00am (Beijing Time) on Dec.10, 2019. Online reservation should be booked between Dec 10 and Dec 12. The number of rooms in the dormitory is limited. First come, first served. You can visit our website at http://lxs.ecnu.edu.cn/room.php to reserve a dorm for the coming semester when getting your student ID from us.

Notice:

1. Dorm for 2020 spring semester: Feb 23, 2020 - June 27, 2020. You should check in the dorm before Feb 28, 2020, or the dorm reservation will be canceled.

3. Accommodation Fee Payment:

1） On-campus Dorm: International Students Dorm No.1, No.2, No.12 and No.15: The accommodation fees are paid by fixed semester dates and it should be paid online before 17:00 of Dec 12. International Exchange Service Center: The accommodation fees are paid by fixed semester dates and it should be paid in full when you check in (only accept cash and Union Pay bank card).

Refund: If the students cancel the reservation before the specified check-in date, the full accommodation fee will be refunded; For the students who request to check out within first week after the specified check-in date, the remaining accommodation fee can be refunded after deducting the charge according to the short-term room rate; If the students ask to check out after one week, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.

2）  Shanghai International Students Service Center:The accommodation fees are paid by fixed semester dates and it should be paid in full when you check in (only accept cash). After check-in, if you request to withdraw within a month, the accommodation fee will be charged with a short-term price, the remaining accommodation fee will be refunded; accommodation fee will not be refunded if your stay is longer than one month.

The reservation procedures are as follows:

1. Put your ID number(11 numbers on your admission notice)

2. Confirm your personal information

3. Select room type and submit your reservation

4. Students who book the International Students Dorm .No.1, No.2, No.12 and No.15 should pay the accommodation fee online before 17:00 of Dec. 12. Students who book the International Exchange Service Center and Shanghai International Students Service Center should select “Pay on site” and pay to the front desk on arrival.
