On September 27, 2024, students from Fukushima university completed their two-week Chinese language study program at ECNU.

In this program, students enrolled in the comprehensive Chinese language courses offered by East China Normal University. They experienced the charm of the Chinese language and Chinese culture in an all-round and multi-perspective view. Not only did they gain a solid foundation in Chinese language knowledge, but they also significantly improved their listening and speaking abilities.

During the study, the students also actively engaged in numerous corporate visits, including trips to the Shanghai Consulate, Mitsubishi Electric Company, the Fukushima Prefecture Shanghai Office. During these visits, they witnessed the diligent work ethic and joyful moments of many individuals, they believe that the future holds opportunities.

At the graduation ceremony, the teacher issued the graduation certificate to each student and expressed warm congratulations on their successful completion. At the end of the program, the students expressed how much they valued the experience, saying that the two weeks in Shanghai had been very meaningful. They immersed themselves in the academic life of universities, establishing  friendships with numerous students, experiencing the vibrant and diverse campus culture and values, and significantly expanding their horizons.
